Notes: The lyrics for this kinda came before I had the beat. Trying to get something in your head out, and convey it to people can happen a multitude of ways and you’ve got no idea how its gong to be received. The whole thing of creating music is a strange process.| Sonically, I was thinking back to that era that first got me really into Hip-Hop, the 90s “Golden Age” that heads talk so fondly of. Well, that was a massively influential time for me too. That Native Tongues sound, a new strand in Hip-Hop culture, particularly connected with me. With this track being about creative beginnings, it just intuitively led me back to try and catch some echoes from that period in my life.
